Returns & Refunds
At Designer Flowers, we take pride in arranging flower bouquets with the highest quality, fresh-cut flowers designed for longevity.
If you encounter any issues with your flowers or plants, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can promptly investigate. In some cases, we may request a photograph to substantiate your claim.
Refunds will be considered at the discretion of our management. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we kindly request that any complaints be made within 1 working day of the delivery date.
Upon receiving returned flowers and plants reported as faulty or damaged, we will conduct a thorough inspection. Please note that if we find no evidence of faults or damage, a refund will not be issued.
Refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges will be granted solely for products proven to be faulty or damaged, and such decisions will be made at the discretion of our management. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to address any concerns fairly and promptly.
